When your subscription is active, the Billing page shows the next payment due date.
It is based on the current period end from Stripe.

Payment methods
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card payments are supported and Apple Pay or Google Pay may appear when available.
If a method does not appear, it may not be enabled for your device or browser.

First, refresh the Billing page. If the status still does not update, sign out and back in.
