These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of Learnlio (the “Service”). By using Learnlio, you agree to these Terms.

Who can use Learnlio
- Learnlio accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children may use Learnlio under adult supervision or guidance.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
What Learnlio provides
- Child-led, dyslexia-friendly learning support in Maths and English.
- Progress tracking and parent reports (where enabled).
- A supportive tutoring experience designed to build confidence.
What Learnlio is not
- Learnlio is not a medical, diagnostic, or clinical service.
- Any screener or “signals” are guidance only and not a diagnosis.
- Learnlio does not replace professional educational assessment or support.
Accounts and security
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must not share access with people outside your household.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service or violate these Terms.
Payments, trials, and cancellations
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Trials (if offered) are time-limited and intended for testing Learnlio.
- If a trial converts to paid, it will become a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
- Paid access is handled through Stripe. We do not store card details.
- You can cancel at any time via the Billing page or Stripe portal (where enabled).
- If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period or trial.

Digital services and your rights
Under UK consumer law, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, you may be entitled to a repair (repeat performance) or a price reduction. These rights are not affected by these Terms.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Use Learnlio to upload harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to break, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Use Learnlio in a way that risks harm to a child.
- Encourage a child to share personal contact details or use Learnlio without appropriate adult oversight.
Availability and changes
- We aim for reliable access, but uptime cannot be guaranteed.
- We may update features to improve learning and safety.
- We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.
Liability
- We provide the Service “as is”.
- We are not liable for indirect losses.
- Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under UK consumer law.
